This 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training is designed for people who want to become yoga teachers, but it's also suitable for anyone who wants to deepen their yoga practise. Join us for a month of traditional authentic teachings, a better understanding of yoga, and self-healing via yoga. All yoga practitioners are welcome and encouraged to participate in this teacher training, whether they are beginners or accomplished in their practise.

Eligibility to join 200 Hours Yoga Teacher Training Course in India

Embark on a transformative journey with our 200-hour yoga teacher training (YTT) program, suitable for individuals from all walks of life, backgrounds, and nationalities. Dive deep into the ancient Indian art and science of yoga, and discover possibilities that may seem magical, especially if you've felt limited in the past. Our yoga TTC in Kerala is an enriching exploration for those keen on delving into this time-honored practice.
The primary medium of instruction for this yoga TTC is English, necessitating a good command of the language to fully comprehend the lectures and follow instructions. There are no specific educational prerequisites to enroll; all we ask is that you come as you are, ready to engage and express yourself authentically. Prospective participants should be between the ages of 18 and 60 at the time of admission.
The age of the Candidate shouldn't be less than 18 or more than 60 at the time of admission.

  • Hatha Yoga, the foundation of all asana practices, and aligns our mind and body. This Yoga Teacher Training Course in Kerala lets you keen understanding on breathes control. Our training includes mantra chanting, hatha yoga postures, breath awareness, techniques, and meditation.

  • Our 200 days multi-style yoga teacher training is being organised in Varkala at Navadurga School of Yoga, followed by the authentic Ashtanga Yoga tradition popularized by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. Join us in our yoga teacher training courses to connect back modern day yogis to ancient roots. Our India-based training includes sequencing rules, pranayama, mantra chanting, drishti, and bandha techniques as well.

  • Vinyasa Yoga is extracted from Ashtanga Vinyasa and Guru T. Krishnamacharya. It has seamless control in holding postures and breath. Our 200 days Vinyasa yoga training course aids balancing body, reduces getting motion injuries, prioritizes sharp sequencing, and strengthens energy flow as well.

  • We provide proper analysis to examine the physical body to prevent injuries during practice. Topics covers both the physical and energetic anatomy, skeletal-muscular composition, alignment, bodily systems, and the implementation of therapeutic approaches.

  • Yoga philosophy is the vital foundation of yoga practice. Topics include yoga's essence, paths (Jnana, Raja, Bhakti, Karma), Ashtanga & Hatha Yoga, chakras, meditation, guru-disciple bond, Kriya Yoga, koshas.

During the internal stages of yoga nidra, practitioners achieve deep relaxation and "turiya," a state of pure bliss. It comprises basic, tension, and full body relaxation as well.

• Check-in: From 16.00 pm onwards on course start date.

• Check-out: Before 10.00 am on course end date.

• Orientation meetings: Are held between 4-5 pm on the course start date.

Accommodation: During the yoga retreats, you will stay in a very comfortable twinbed room, private bathroom and balcony, kitchen facility surrounded by a beautiful garden with a large terrace

• We will always give you the accommodation agreed upon but life happens and sometimes we may have to make changes if required due to the circumstances beyond our control.

1. **Submission Process**: Fill out the online application form. If you haven't received a response within 24 hours, kindly follow up by emailing us at info@navadurga.in. If you don't find our reply in your inbox, it's a good idea to check your spam folder. Additionally, you can inquire about your application's status through Whatsapp at +917594934298.

2. **Reservation Fee**: After your application is approved, you'll be requested to make a payment of a non-refundable but transferable reservation fee, either €400 or INR 34000. This can be done via PayPal, Wise, Googlepay, or direct bank transfer. Your spot in the course will be officially reserved once we receive this deposit. This amount will be deducted from your overall course fee.

3. **Final Payment**: The outstanding amount can be settled once you arrive at Navadurg School of Yoga in Varkala. Payments can be made using cash, debit/credit cards, or PayPal.
