The Navadurga School of Yoga was founded with the intention of spreading yoga teacher training expertise. Our school offers a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification (TTC) that is recognized and certified by the Yoga Alliance, an international organization.
Our school follows ancient Hatha Yoga knowledge, Ashtanga Yoga teaching, and practicing for students from all over the world. Our yoga approaches and resources are designed to be accessible to students who are new to yoga. However, before beginning the instruction, we recommend that students learn some basic yoga facts.
The Yoga teacher training certification will allow you to open a yoga studio or school anywhere in the world. You can also conduct Yoga sessions or classes for individuals or corporates. We encourage that certified instructors devote themselves to the practice faithfully even after completing the Yoga TTC for a higher purpose and progress.
