Even though all the courses are conducted in English, we provide our students with a guidebook that summarizes the theory classes and also includes photos of Asanas as well. Teachers training is very intense, you will have to practice Asanas 2hrs twice a day, morning and evening, so you need to be dedicated and fit to follow the routine. Some students were beginners and they did very well.

Yes, we do practice meditation and Pranayama everyday, it is also an important part of our teachings.
We provide three wholesome vegetarian meals per day, which includes authentic Kerala traditional food with coconut oil and coconut as key ingredients. We offer dishes with no gluten, such as dosa like a flat bread made with rice flour, similar than chapati, salads, fruits, beans and plenty variety of vegetables, suitable for most diet, presented as a buffet. We ensure a modest amount of spice and more usage of various herbs to enhance the flavours. In addition, we always cater to special dietary requirements and allergies during meal preparations.
We offer single private room, with private bathroom and balcony as well. In addition to towels and sheets, you can also request for room cleaning as per your preference. We also change the bed sheets every 5 days.
