Pranayama Courses

In Sanskrit, "Pranayama" implies to "the expansion of prana or breath." "Prana" signifies the life-force, the essential energy or life-force that sustains your body.

Prana is the spiritual link between the mind and consciousness. During pranayama sessions, our experienced instructors lead students through a variety of deep breathing techniques. It offers remarkable benefits, nurturing overall health and improving the function of vital organs. Through deep breathing, the main nerve is stimulated in the parasympathetic nervous system, and the vagus nerve results in a slower heart rate, reduced blood pressure, and a profound sense of calm for both mind and body.

Pranayama also plays a vital role in purifying the blood, alleviating anxiety and stress, controlling emotions, tempering anger, preventing against disease, eliminating toxins, and strengthening the immune system.
