Ashtanga Yoga Workshops

We embrace a holistic growth and lifestyle through our intensive yoga workshop, addressing various facets of the Ashtanga yoga system thereby nurturing positivity and guiding towards a blossom you. Included in the course is asana practice, pranayama classes, yoga philosophy lectures, meditation techniques and Yoga Nidra classes.

The course enrols a yogic lifestyle, leveraging an opportunity to begin your day with the sunrise to practise pranayama and asana in the morning before engaging into the afternoon sessions of yoga nidra followed by enriching philosophy study. The day ends with another asana class for those who wish, and meditation in the evening. Diligent focus and thorough understanding of every detail ensures rapid progress for all students in developing their Ashtanga Vinyasa practice, bringing health and balance to the body and the mind.
Students fully devote themselves in the course and feel energised and inspired while their departure. Navadurga Ashtanga Yoga Intensive Workshop welcomes students of all categories, including beginners, intermediates, and advanced practitioners. Courses are for six consecutive days (there might be 1 day off in between so please plan to stay here for at least 7 days), available to join at any day of the week – please enquire to ensure the course is running during the time of your stay.
